Church Attendance Software This church attendance software tracks attendance in worship services and Sunday School. You can print reports showing which members attended worship and who your visitors were. Using the attendance church statistics, you can chart the data over time to see whether your attendance has grown over time, or whether there has been a decline in church attendance. And, most important, you can print reports showing who has not been in worship for a while, so that you can notice their absence and give them a call. It can be incredibly disheartening to a church to stop going to church and to find that nobody noticed. Conversely, if somebody has missed a couple of Sundays, and they are called quickly saying, "You are missed!" folks feel loved and cared for. Using the card church visitor, you can capture who was with you in worship and can plan for followup letters, visits and phone calls as you invite that person into the life of the church. You can enter all the visitors and send them the church letter visitor. Members to Action is a database initially created to match volunteers with ministries within the church, and then was expanded to include the other church functions such as attendance. In the volunteer ministry area you can track a church member's progress and be sure they do not drop through the cracks. Record their spiritual gifts, passions, and interests and then match them with ministry opportunities within the church. Use it to keep track of who you were supposed to call or visit and when. Now when somebody says they will be ready to volunteer in six months you can actually follow up! In the Contributions and Pledges module you can print contribution reports to send to the members, as well as deposit slips so that you can then enter the deposits in your accounting software. This software has a unique notes module that allows a multiple-pastored church to separate out which notes are for his eyes only, which are to be shared with other pastors, which may be seen by staff, and which are for general consumption. With a single click you can see who is on the current pastor care list, including where they are (in the hospital, at home, or other), whether they need a meal, and whether they have requested for the congregation to pray for them. Of course you can do the usual things you need, like print mailing labels, lists of names and addresses for whichever group of people you are interested in, or printing a church directory.
