This servant
leadership software will

to Action to track a church
member's progress through your servant leadership program.
Record their spiritual gifts, passions, and interests and
then match them with ministry opportunities within the
church. Yes, you read right. You can
actually use this Lay Ministry Software to do a cross-match
between a person and a ministry. If you have a ministry that
needs potential volunteers, you can generate a report
showing names and phone numbers. Or if you have a new member
who wants to get involved, the software will generate a
report showing a list of ministries in the church that match

to Action is a ticker file:
note the last time you called someone, when they are to be
contacted again, notes on what is supposed to happen in that
conversation, and who is supposed to be making the followup.
Each week (or day!) print a report listing all the calls
that are due to be made, along with who on your servant
leadership team is to make the call. Of course this software manages all
of your other church information such as mailing labels,
