This spiritual
gifts software is for
churches to match members with ministries. After you have given your church
members a spiritual gifts inventory, what next? How do you
use that information? Members
to Action will record the
results of their spirtual gift test, along with their
passions and interests and then match them with ministry
opportunities within the church. Although MTA does not
include a free online gift spirtual test, our website can
point you to sprtual gift test resources you can
purchase. Yes, you read right. You can
actually do a cross-match between a person and a ministry.
If you have a ministry that needs potential volunteers, you
can generate a report showing names and phone numbers of
volunteers with the appropriate spirtual gifts. Or if you
have a new member who wants to get involved and has taken a
gift spirtual test, the software will generate a report
showing a list of ministries in the church that match their
spiritual gifts. Do you lose track of who you were
supposed to call when? Built into Members
to Action is a ticker file:
note the last time you called someone, when they are to be
contacted again, notes on what is supposed to happen in that
conversation, and who is supposed to be making the followup.
Each week (or day!) print a report listing all the calls
that are due to be made, along with who on your volunteer
